Alisa Pomeroy has been appointed as Documentaries Commissioning Editor at Channel 4, reporting to Head of Documentaries Nick Mirsky.
She has directed a number of standout single films and directed the first three series of the critically-acclaimed 24 Hours in Police Custody – for which she received a BAFTA nomination for Best Director of Factual.
Pomeroy’s credits also include: The Island with Bear Grylls; senior producing two series of The Apprentice; directing films airing in the BBC’s Wonderland strand – as well as working on the BBC2 series The Armstrongs.
