Alcatraz: Search for the Truth (1 x 120′) – After more than 50 years, the daring and ingenious escape from the island prison of Alcatraz by John Anglin, Clarence Anglin and Frank Morris, remains a mystery. In the decades since the escape that captivated the country, it’s been widely held that the three brazen criminals did not survive the treacherous waters of San Francisco Bay. But with new evidence and unprecedented cooperation from family members of the escapees, this show takes the intriguing cold-case investigation farther than ever before.
For the first time ever, the immediate family of the escapees have agreed to cooperate with investigators, sharing evidence including never before heard audio recordings, photographs, and closely guarded family secrets they believe will prove not only that the men survived the escape, but might even be alive to this day.
