With two women murdered every week by an intimate (ex-)partner, domestic violence statistics are bleak and getting worse. Using a women’s refuge as her base, Sarah hears the stories of the victims, police, courts and convicted perpetrators. Sarah’s unprecedented access gives the viewers an extraordinary look at what plays out behind Australia’s closed doors.
